To uphold and defend the constitution of the United States of America, by safeguarding the life, liberty, and property of all citizens.

To protect the peaceful against violence, oppression, and disorder.

To promote the safety of the community and a sense of security among the citizens through deterrence and prevention of crime.

LAW ENFORCEMENT
To enforce the laws of the land impartially, and to vigorously pursue the apprehension of all offenders.

POLICE SERVICE
To provide police service in a fair, honest, prompt, and courteous manner, respecting the rights and dignity of all, and developing and maintaining a positive relationship with the citizens of the community.

CODE OF CONDUCT
To manifest by thought, deed, and action, the belief that the foundation for public trust of the department is the dedication, integrity, honesty, professionalism of its police personnel.
